Refund policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If applicable, customers who are unsatisfied with their order may be offered exchange or store credit on a case by case basis. We do not assume additional shipping costs for any exchanges and a proof of purchase must be presented if the product was not ordered from our website. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS. If the package is marked “Delivered” and you have not received it, email us at hello@oxalisapothecary.com and we will do our best to help. We encourage you to follow up with your local post office and potentially file a claim with USPS. We are unable to refund orders and/or shipping once they have left our studio but we will do our best to help you along the way.  

To request an exchange or store credit, you can contact us at hello@oxalisapothecary.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
